Why Purchasing a protection plan important?
With every purchase of our jewelry, we offer a 3-year warranty plan and extended protection plan that covers any potential manufacturing defects or faults. During this period, if you encounter any issues with the materials or workmanship of your jewelry, we will gladly repair or replace it free of charge. Our commitment is to ensure your complete satisfaction and the longevity of your beloved piece.
It’s important to keep your precious jewelry well-protected and treated. As nothing makes us more happy than keeping our jewelry treasured for years.
What’s Not Covered:
- You cannot transfer the protection plan to any other person or products.
- The protection plans do not cover the theft or loss of the product.
- We can’t perform the service if you claim for any service i.e., not covered under the protection services.
- Routine maintenance and inspection. (except the maintenance services stated in the protection plan services).
- It doesn’t cover if any repairs, modifications, or any adjustment is made to the product by anyone other than the retailer.
- Failure to follow manufacturer’s instructions.
- Flaws in the diamonds or gemstones.
- Loss of diamonds or gemstones, or any other part of the product unless the loss was caused by the fault of workmanship.
- Any intentional treatment of the product ( such as misuse, breakdown, or any harmful activities which result in the damage of the product ).
